Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days domestically and 10-21 days internationally. White-glove delivery is available for signature pieces.

Our stoneware and porcelain pieces are designed for everyday use and are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing for pieces with gold leaf or metallic glazes. Avoid sudden temperature changes and never place cold ceramics directly on heat sources. With proper care, your pieces will become treasured heirlooms for generations.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Custom commissions are final sale.
